Camera love...

I finally made up my mind on the camera I think will suit me best!

This is the Canon 40D with a 17-85 lens.

For awhile I thought about going up one step better and getting the 50D. I would only have to pay a extra $300. But I still needed a battery and memory card so I decided to just stick with the 40D and get those things and still have money in the bank.

I was so excited about this I couldn't stop talking while coloring my mom's hair right after the big buy! She was a little nervous I would either forgot to put the gloves on (which did happen ) or miss a spot of hair that needed to be colored!

I am shooting to have my camera by Wednesday for Danielle's senior pictures... Cross your fingers for me!

I thought I would share a picture of me and Jasper in the elavator at the Hospital that was taken last week. He so enjoys riding elavators! He can be odd at times... but I love being around him he brings so much joy to my day :)

Comfy Lola?

As you see my cat is an odd one.

I was doing my school yesturday ( Note: I have only two subjects left and it's summer for me ) and I look down at the foot of my bed and here Lola is sleeping... With her legs/behide falling off the bed! I couldn't help but laugh at her...

What a joy she brings to my life.

Notice the un-made bed... I hadn't been in the most cleaning mood lately. But maybe when spring comes I'll have the time and energy to get that done.

Baby Grace...

Yesterday, I got some very cute shots of Grace! It's a lot of fun taking baby pictures. They are so adorable with their little hands and I love the bow I put on her. Everything is just too cute!

A yellow umbrella

Monday I took these pictures of Jo and her boyfriend Chris. It being Jo, I knew the pictues would turn out great.

Jo differently makes Chris look good. I had a couple places I wanted to go and the umbrella I knew I wanted because I thought it would add something different to the picture its self. I am very happy with the way they turn out!

I posted some of these on Facebook Tuesday morning. Last night I got a message from a girl who has asked me to take some engagement pictures... I was pretty excited. Hannah Arnold is taking the Wedding pictures but they need a picture of the program and some pictures for just around the house. They thought I would be prefect for the job. I think they are right... ;) So there will be more to come on couples pictures! Today I am going to Graces and Betsy has asked to come with me again. So I think I'll bring Hannah's camera and try and get some more cute pictures of June bug.

So I started off with some very goofy pictures of me and ended up with something pretty cute. I did a edge burn on all the pictures and added this seventies afect to them. So after a minute of playing around with these photos I came up with this.

Note: I did come up with the saying... You can quote me on it ;)

Tomorrow I am having a photo shoot for Jo and her boyfriend Chris. They have been dating for over 4 months now and have yet to get a picture together! They so nicely asked if I would do the honor of taking their first pictures together! So by Tuesday night I will have their pictures to show you!
